Cashflow Club London is a living proof of how simple and easy it can be to setup and going your internet business using Wordpress. I have 12 years of IT background, but even I appreciate the leverage and benefits wordpress has to offer in terms of fasttracking setting up of your internet business.

At our workshop we explain hands-on on how to use wordpress to setup your site. But here are some tips and resources for those of you who are not able to attend the workshop:

1) Plugins - The following Plugins are highly recommended for someone setting up a new wordpress site -

• CodeBanter Opt-In Box: This plugin will allow you to add a subscription box on your site so that people can sign up and subscribe to your autoresponder such as getresponse, aweber, etc. We will be discussing more details on autoresponders on a future post.
• FCKEditor: This plugin allows you to use a quite advanced editor for making your posts to your wordpress site. It also has an option for you to write in the source html code directly if you need to paste html codes.
• Google Analytics: This plugin allows you to seamlessly integrate the google analytics statistics with your website. In a future post we will be discussing in detail why you need google analytics and how it can help with your internet marketing.
• AddtoAny: This plugin allows you to place a link below your post which the readers/users can use to share the article with people they know in their contact list without them needing to type in the emails/addresses manually. Quite useful if you are looking to use some viral marketing strategies. We will discuss more on Viral marketing in a future post.

2) Themes - Themes allows you to instantly change the look and feel of your wordpress site. You can also hire a designer to make a customized theme suitable for your business/individual needs. Simply type in ‘Wordpress Themes’ on google to see a huge selection of themes that are readily available on the internet.
