Now that you have registered your domain name, get yourself a ‘hosting account’. This is like the physical place where your website will be sitting. There is a very cheap and inexpensive company that you can use - hostgator.com
Once you have set up your hosting, you need to change the nameserver on your domain registrar to point to your hosting server, this is needed in order to get people to come to your hosting account when someone types in your domain name.
During our workshops we walk you through setting this up, but you can give hostgator.com tech support a call if you get stuck figuring out how to set up your nameserver.
